Anwers: there is two method, Hard Reset and Soft Reset to solved this problem.

Motorola Defy Soft Reset

Step 1. Main Home Screen, tap menu,
Step 2. Tap Setting, the Privacy,
Step 3. Tap Factory data reset,
Step 4. Tap Reset the phone,
Step 5. Enter your password if riquired, and then tap erase everything to confirm.

OR

Defy hard reset with buttons keys when you cannot login to DEFY
Android forgotten gesture LOCK 100% solved forgotten Google Account.

Step 1. Phone is Off. When the Motorola Defy is Frozen, take off the battery and reinsert it,
Step 2. Hold the Volume Down button,
Step 3. Pressure and hold the POWER button until the device turn on,

Step 4. From the Menu: Fastbook, Recovery, Clear Storage, and SIMlock,

To reset the your phone to factory setting and erase all the data on the phone using external keys sequence :

  1. Power Phone should be off
  2. Press and hold the subsequent buttons at a similar time : VOLUME Up and Down, green “send button” and CENTER “OK” buttons.
  3. Press “Red” POWER ON/End call button whereas still holding the opposite buttons.
  4. Release all buttons.
